Welcome to the EMIS PDP Home Page.

The facilities available on this site can either be used in Play mode as an Anonymous user of test data or in Live mode using your own logs and PDP records.

At the moment you are in Play Mode, so you will be looking at anonymous data. If you want to switch to Live Mode to see and use your own data than please log in.

To login from home, you must have already accesed the system from Mentor Library. You home user name will then be [your CDB Number]-[Mentor login] - e.g. 1234-username.

Here you can:

• View your uploaded Mentor Library Logs that show information you have looked up in day to day practice. You can select the parts you want to study and print or save them locally. You can also check back through the Mentor articles themselves.
• View the notes you made in Practice using the PDP Notes program either individually or as a complete reflective diary. You can also add to the diary.
• Use Mentor on the web to follow up learning needs you have identified.
• Use the on-line PDP creation tools to make and maintain your own Personal Development Plan.

Note: the Add a document feature has been disabled as it is not supported by newer browsers.
